Sadly I put a lb on this week :( but I think that might have something to do with the nando's I ate on Thursday. I also haven't been eating enough (only just reaching 1000 calories on an average day) so I really need to start eating more. It's such a weird thing to say for someone that wants to lose weight but I have finally realised that to lose weight successfully you need actually need to eat quite alot, aslong as it's good for you.
I went out and bought enough fruit to last me the next week, sadly it wasn't cheap.
I also haven't done as much exercise this week as I did the last couple of weeks because I didn't have the money to go swimming with my best friend. I'm going to go next week though and gym everyday.
I'm determined to make next week a good loss.
I also took a (sort of)before photograph so that when I reach my goal I can show everyone how far I have come.
